| Review of Altmann Attraction DAC 44.1 CD version RE: ATTRACTION DAC, Hi Charles, The sound of the Attraction DAC is very smooth and natural, right through the whole frequency range. There is obviously quite a burn-in time to expect, so sonic improvements are noticed each week. The external Jisco module improves upon clarity, soundstage and focus. Sonic differences become obvious when using different types and sizes of batteries. The Attraction DAC is a very interesting product, offering great musical enjoyment. I intend to implement the DAC & Jisco in a custom made oak box, lined with e r s EMI/RFI filtering sheets.
